Naturally French- French Lessons
Naturally French have been running language classes for the past 17 years in Altrincham, research has shown that learning a foreign language is much easier before the age of 6 or 7 and even in nursery it is fun, revolving around games, songs, and rhymes, without the pressure which is often found later on in school when learning grammar or verbs is more of a focus. There is a growing interest in learning a second language and early years establishments throughout the country are introducing foreign languages for children to enjoy. Children will enjoy performing simple finger rhymes and will recognise that tone of voice that indicates mood. They might enjoy performing a very simple rhyme, adopting a different mood, following the example of the teacher. Simple stories with repeated language and attractive illustrations will also give the children exposure to the language and allow them to hear the 'tune that the language makes' as it is read aloud.
